The focus of the design is to offer customers an outstanding service experience, our goal is not only to support the five-star level of service, but also to create an atmosphere where every guest feels welcome and well cared for.

This philosophy begins already at the storefront, the XL poster vividly expresses what KochOptik stands for, the visuals are designed not only to show people wearing glasses, but also to capture attention and emotion through artistic photography as well as current and seasonal themes, creating the first visual connection with the brand.

In the entrance area, DNEye and ImpressionIST are prominently displayed, symbolising professionalism, innovation, and cutting-edge technology, the reception, positioned to the side, opens up the space visually and welcomes customers with openness and transparency while also serving as a functional workspace.

Integrated into this area is a station for minor repairs and adjustments, a visible expression of the craftsmanship and precision that define KochOptik.
